Acceptance of Terms

By adding AstroBot to your Discord server, interacting with it, or using the AstroBot web dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the service and remove AstroBot from your server.

Use of Service

AstroBot provides a range of Discord utility services including but not limited to moderation tools, economy features, leveling systems, giveaway management, and ticket systems.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AstroBot, in compliance with Discord's own Terms of Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Server Owner Responsibility

As a server owner or administrator, you are responsible for how AstroBot is used in your server. You must ensure your server members are aware of these terms and use the bot appropriately.

• You must not use AstroBot to harass, threaten, or harm other users.
• You must comply with Discord's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• You must not attempt to exploit, abuse, or find loopholes in AstroBot's systems.

User Conduct

When using AstroBot, you agree not to:

• Use AstroBot for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack AstroBot or its systems.
• Use automated scripts or tools to abuse AstroBot commands.
• Exploit the AstroCoins economy system through any fraudulent means.
• Impersonate AstroBot staff or misrepresent your affiliation with us.
• Distribute spam or unsolicited content through AstroBot's features.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to AstroBot's backend systems.

Violations of these conduct rules may result in an immediate and permanent ban from all AstroBot services without warning or refund.

Premium Services

AstroBot offers premium subscription tiers (Tier 1 and Tier 2) that unlock additional features for your server.

Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your premium features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any premium features with reasonable notice. In the event of service discontinuation, pro-rated refunds may be issued at our discretion.

AstroCoins Terms AstroCoins

AstroCoins is AstroBot's virtual in-bot currency system. These terms govern the earning, spending, and transfer of AstroCoins.

Nature of AstroCoins

AstroCoins are a virtual in-bot currency only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside of AstroBot's ecosystem.

Earning AstroCoins

Members can earn AstroCoins through the following methods:

• Claiming the /daily reward once every 24 hours.
• Receiving AstroCoins via admin-granted prizes.
• Receiving AstroCoins from other users via /transfer.
• Participating in server giveaways and events.

Transferring AstroCoins

Transfers between users are permitted subject to the following rules:

• You may only transfer AstroCoins you legitimately own.
• A captcha verification is required for all transfers as an anti-fraud measure.
• Transfers are irreversible — always verify the recipient before confirming.
• AstroBot staff will never ask you to transfer AstroCoins to them.
• We reserve the right to reverse fraudulent transfers and penalize abusive accounts.

Economy Blacklist

Users found to be abusing the AstroCoins economy — including fraud, exploiting bugs, or botting — may be permanently blacklisted from the economy system. Blacklisted users cannot send, receive, or claim AstroCoins.

Attempting to exploit the AstroCoins economy system through bugs, scripts, or unauthorized means will result in a permanent economy blacklist and possible removal from all AstroBot services.

Balance Resets

AstroCoins balances may be reset in the following circumstances:

• Evidence of fraudulent activity or economy abuse.
• Discontinuation of the economy feature (with prior notice).
• Server resets requested by the server owner.

No Liability for AstroCoins

We are not liable for any loss of AstroCoins due to user error, fraudulent transfers you approved, or technical issues. AstroCoins have no monetary value so no financial damages apply.

Data & Privacy

AstroBot collects minimal data necessary to provide its services, including Discord user IDs, server IDs, and command usage data. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

By using AstroBot, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to AstroBot for any user or server that violates these Terms of Service. Termination may occur without prior notice in cases of severe violations.

You may terminate your use of AstroBot at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server and discontinuing use of the dashboard.

Limitation of Liability

AstroBot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of AstroBot.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of AstroBot following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users through our Discord server or dashboard.
